Bess has also inspired her team to engage directly with constituents through digital media to ensure they have a better understanding of COVID safety guidance through a podcast, website, Twitter, and monthly newsletter. Bess joined the Mayor’s Office as Associate Counsel in 2014 and previously served as an attorney for the Administration for Children’s Services.
