Ariane Baker is thrilled to be a part of Wellesley’s Career Education team as an Associate Director/Advisor for Career Exploration and Careers in Arts & Media. She has previously worked in the film and television industry in the camera department, in undergraduate college admissions, and in career advising. In her role as a Advisor for Career Exploration, Ariane has the ability to build relationships with students and assists them throughout their college adventure through individual meetings, programs, and campus events. Ariane holds a B.S. in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Merrimack College where she pursued research in vocational identity development and student self-efficacy. She believes in the power of self-reflection, ongoing exploration, and celebrating small victories!
