What happens if there's something wrong with the file I submit?

Our team checks your submission to make sure that the dimensions you'd like the poster printed in match the file's size. If there are any issues, we will reach out to you directly to figure out the best solution. This might mean you will need to edit your file, and resend it to us via the email thread. This will ensure you are not charged twice.

We do not check for content accuracy or other design elements.

If you notice any issues (such as typos, incorrect graphs, etc.) after you've submitted the form, contact us at once. If your poster has already been printed and you would like it reprinted, you will be charged for a second print.
