24/7 access to a provider to answer medical questions (even when the office is closed!)

-You will first speak with the answering service to provide your basic information/reason for the call
-A provider will return your call within 20-30 minutes and advice.Please make sure your phone is nearby and ON!
-The on-call providers can see your medical records and can easily communicate with Health Services so we can follow up.
Note:please use our after hours service onlyfor medical issues/questions that cannot wait until the following business day. Please do not call for routine matters such as refills, scheduling appointments, forms. The on-call providers will NOT be able to help with this.
*FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES THAT CANNOT WAIT FOR A CALL BACK, CALL CAMPUS POLICE (5555) OR DIAL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATLY!
