Ordering an Official Transcript

Transcript services are provided by the Office of the Registrar in partnership with Parchment, Inc. All orders are taken online via credit card payment. To place your order follow the appropriate steps below. Please note you must have met all financial obligations to the College before transcripts can be released.

Fees

As of August 21, 2017, the following fees apply to the Wellesley College transcripts:

  • Electronic transcript $8
  • Paper $8 (plus shipping fee, see below)

Shipping and Processing

As of April 1, 2018, the following shipping rates apply to paper transcripts:

  • USPS Domestic $2.50
  • USPS International $5
  • Express Domestic $25
  • Express International $47.50

Transcripts are processed within 2 business days.


About Electronic Transcripts

电子文本发送as secure PDF documents. The recipient will first receive an email to request a code to access the document. The access code is sent in a separate email message to the same recipient once requested. Using the code, the recipient can access the site to download the secured PDF document. The document can be downloaded three times, after which the document becomes unavailable and must be purchased again if additional downloads are required.

The secure document is only available for seven days after receipt of the email notification.

Transcript Key

The back of each transcript contains a key information to the grades and information which appears on the front of the transcript.
